The Story -

in 2021 I started as a self taught hobby baker, and as my skill grew, I began getting more into creating wedding cakes,.

I completely fell in love with weddings here in Charleston, and in late 2023 I expanded into planning and coordination. And this year, florals and rentals.

It is truly my passion to make your day a beautiful experience, my team and I will handle all your to do’s so all you have to do is say “I do.”

  • Planning with Coordination goes the extra mile. This option is perfect for Brides that need help shopping and booking vendors, reviewing contracts, keeping all invoices organized, and designing your ceremony and reception. Planning offers hands on help the from the moment you book.

  • Coordination at Sugared Magnolia starts hands on 90 days out. We take all your hard work and organization, and bring it together the last 3 months of your engagement. Coordination includes timeline creation and execution, venue layout creation and communication. Connecting all your vendors, and keeping everything organized. Day of, you have our team to manage your day, set up, decorate, and pack up.

  • Here at Sugared Magnolia, we offer you many services under one amazing team. This naturally as lead us to Micro weddings being in our wheelhouse. Micro weddings are our 50 and under guests celebrations, and create a more intimate experience. We have amazing partnerships with every vendor that you will need, AND all of our Micro Wedding Brides receive planning at no additional cost.

  • Everyone loves flowers, they add so much beauty and elegance to your day. With no minimum, our goal is to bring you options to add all the beauty, while keeping your budget in mind. Share with us your vision, and we will bring it to life.

  • Cake is where it all started for us, and is the driving force behind the building of Sugared Magnolia. Whether you are looking for simplicity or a statement cake, we are here to help. And bonus, it will be as delicious as it is beautiful.

  • Rentals are our newest addition here at SMC and we are so excited about our ever growing rental inventory and custom builds.

  • Need just help with design and decorating? Our team can help with that! We arrive on your wedding day to make your day beautiful, and leave the rest to you!

  • The biggest hit here at Sugared Magnolia! Our lush 3D all white floral wall is the perfect backdrop for your sweetheart table, or photo op! Combine with our photobooth for the ultimate experience!

  • Knowing that your cake will taste good is a very important step in the process. Here at SMC, we offer both in person - at our home cake studio in Moncks Corner, as well as pick up boxes to go.

  • I am a local home bakery in Beautiful Moncks Corner South Carolina. Moncks Corner is just outsdie of historic Charleston, South Carolina.

  • Most items can be ordered on my Square site, I am adding new items daily. I always email after ordering to chat, and make sure you are getting exactly what you want. You can find that here -

  • First off, it is never too early! Especially for anything wedding or custom orders.

    I book months out, especially for Saturday orders. I always as for at least a week, with two - four weeks being ideal. Wedding orders should be at least three months in advance.

  • Currently our menu features Cake Jars which are available to ship.

  • Orders placed on my Square site are paid in full at the time of ordering. Larger orders require a 50% deposit.

    Payments accepted are any credit card through Square, and Venmo.

  • I have adjusted my menu to focus exclusively on Cupcake and Cakes. I do have a specialty menu that will pop up from time to time for a limited time.

  • All Bakery orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. The balance is paid the day before pickup for all orders, minus Weddings and events - those are 2 weeks before your big day.

    All other services require a 25% retainer to book your day and the balance 30 days before your event.
